While Kanady Chiropractic opened in 1988, “Our Story” truly begins a year earlier when Tim and Lynn Kanady got married in Anchorage. The two would soon formulate plans to begin a business that would become a staple in the Alaska medical community for more than three decades.
On the same day, Tim and Lynn founded the clinic, their son, Shane, was born. Their daughter, Paige, followed three years later. Since the beginning, Kanady Chiropractic has remained a family run business. Both of their kids grew up in the waiting room. Fast forward to today and Paige works remotely for Kanady Chiropractic as a Special Projects Administrator. Shane, a practicing attorney in Anchorage, is often seen popping in the office. Both still very much a part of the clinic they grew up in.
Our family-first mentality is what makes our chiropractic office special – we treat each and every patient as we would a member of our own family.
We are proud to have operated our clinic, on the corner of Fireweed and Spenard, since our opening. We look forward to continuing our tradition of excellence in Chiropractic care for many years to come.
