We at Kanady Chiropractic want to take a moment to inform you of the exciting changes taking place at our office. We spent 2016 and 2017 doing an extensive remodel, including a complete overhaul of the entire physical space and the addition of new state-of-the-art treatment options such as digital x-ray and the PostureRay x-ray analysis software program. Additionally, patients have the option to choose between an adjustment by hand, or with the Impulse Adjusting Instrument. We are continually adding new and innovative advancements for effective treatment of all our patients.
We are excited to announce that we have brought back in-house massage therapy! We are happy to welcome Sophie Cornell and Kelsey Young to the Kanady Chiropractic family. Both massage therapists come to us with a background in massage therapy, with glowing reviews.
Now that our remodel is complete, our goal for 2018 is to expand our Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) treatment protocol, utilize the new rehabilitation equipment we have added, and even add a provider or two.
Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) is a modern, scientifically supported chiropractic method that focuses on restoring spinal alignment to its most effective posture. By combining anatomy, biology, geometry, physics and physiology, Dr. Kanady can identify the root of the problem to help relieve pain, and correct the issue accordingly by using established scientific and chiropractic principles. We are proud to say that Dr. Kanady is one of three certified CBP doctors in the state of Alaska.
We are also proud to have the only two Factory Authorized, accredited IDD Therapy, Accu-Spina machines in Anchorage. IDD Therapy (Intervertebral Differential Dynamics) is a proven treatment for low back and neck pain. IDD Therapy is the only treatment developed by a team of back specialists, including neurosurgeons and orthopedists. Treatment consists of a precise yet gentle computer controlled therapy that treats herniated or bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica and acute or chronic back and neck pain with amazing results!

As a staff, it is our utmost goal to provide compassionate, caring and dedicated customer service to every patient who comes through our door. For this reason, we have expanded our office hours! Our new hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and weekends by appointment. We know that there are many options available, and we are always mindful that you have a choice.
